Have seen this persons posts for a bit.  Check out: https://sandiego.rubratings.com/159844  Reviews disabled if that's a site you can't access.

Tattoo on hip is telling, the lack of reviews and the disabled reviews are concerning.  Google the phone numbers in both posts and go from there.  Could be legit... or not...
