We all have our own personal preferences, opinions, and ego's, but all that aside what make a provider VIP?

Good looking with a personality to match. I hate to use a cliche but she makes you forget that it's a service. You never get the feeling you are on the clock. And last but not least she seems to be having as much as you if not more. Especially O's.

In the case of TER and Cityvibe... You paid them money
In other cases it means Donations are high
Since in most cases you can buy VIP status it does not mean much
Traditionally it means Very important person. Or Very impotent person LOL
The most positive aspect about it is they may have a few reviews  So "C" that's my final answer!

i like to feel that for two hours or whatever that she thinks i'm great fun and really hot to be with.  looks are important too for vip but personality, and willingness to keep me entertained.  plus a nice clean place is important to me.
