How can you determine overpricing if you have not experienced the service? If you have facts pertaining to this I would really like to see them and even if you do there are many of us who have no problem with the cost, by experience I have found out that quality is much more important than anything else. This is a highly reviewed person that is beautiful and very classy, read her reviews and I think you will find that her rate is probably a little low and with her TER special anyone who passes on this will regret it. Just my .02 cents worth.
I'm talking economics. I'm not in this hobby looking for a girlfriend or wife.. I already have one of those. I simply want to exploit their bodies for my sinful desires as they exploit my wallet for theirs!
... but I can tell you from a recent meeting with Megan that she is great! You won't be disappointed. Clearly I think the value is there.
I was warned that some people would complain about my prices and I know times are tough right now, and believe me I am more than sympathetic to your situations. So with that in mind, I dropped my two hour minimum and decided to offer a special.
Please keep in mind that I am not high volume and prefer quality over quantity. I know some of you may not appreciate this, and you are more than entitled to your opinion. However there are a significant number of those who do, and they are the ones whose company I most enjoy.

and don't let the detractors in this thread bother you too much...they're not necessarily representative of the guys in SD. I know that for sure because I have many regular clients who are a delight to spend time with.

500 an hour? 600? 700?
where does it stop? It's not that long ago that 200 an hour is the norm, now you already start to see ladies charging 400. For those that think her rate is "a little low", feel free to pay her whatever you want, the rest of us have a budget.
for being a town of cheapies, and travelling ladies often avoid it, and people on here complain that there are so few "a" list providers in San diego, etc., etc., ad nauseum.

I've never met or heard anyone say San Diego is a town full of "cheapies", but some people need to impose their impressions as others opinions. In fact -fillherup’s comment was his opinion and one more worthy of factual information (another overpriced provider) than a town of “cheapies!”

I personally know over ten providers who have said that about San Diego...and it is only my keeping their best interests at heart that keeps me from divulging who they are, but some were local ladies and some were out of towners. Now, they obviously weren't speaking about ALL San Diegans, but the "general feel". (See my post below about TJ) Of course, there are always ladies like Sabrina who don't seem to have this problem, and more power to her...I guess she is just blessed. You go, girl.
As for fill's statement being "More worthy of factual information" (what exactly does that mean?), I suppose the only measure of fact is the market, so all of this discussion is conjecture and opinion in the first place, now isn't it, sweetie pie?

I sure don't know where some of you folks are coming from by making those blanket statements. Maybe its the market areas or something in the water, or something. I have looked at her post, her web site and her great reviews. I say 4 bills, please at my reference point worth every penny and then some. Later in the thread she then drops the 2-hour minimum, to even show further what a classy lady Megan is. Just remember what happens in Vegas is expensive in Vegas. Megan would be asking 6-bills here and get it all day & night. Us poor local suckas bite the bullet. Count your blessing boys in SD. Megan by virture of her website also shows a lot of class. She makes it very clear, what to expect, what she provides "not a service" but companionship and true GFE. This all bears out via the reviews. I do have a couple complaints if you can call em that. The blurred face (understanding why many ladies do that) just gets to me. The very first thing I look for is a great smile. That will get me hooked everytime. Then onto website quality (shows serious business respect), then what the lady writes or has written, and then reviews. Beyond my little pieves, Megan you got it all. Wish I was in San Diego.

Being close to TJ as San Diego is...400 is outragious. For those lucky enough to engage in TJ's delights, know exactly what I mean.
Not everyone wants to brave the wilds of TJ to just gratify himself, regardless of the price, and will all respect towards the lovely ladies south of the border, it is a completely different experience than having a lady come to your home here or get comfortable in a nice hotel room here or talk about things you have in common because you had similar upbringings or whatever the case may be.
As such, the concept of guys lording it over some of the ladies heads that if they try to make a living the way they want to and at the rate they want to, their business will just be taken to a cheper port, is about as revolting of a threat to me as the concept of outsourcing. This sort of talk always seems like guys resent the women's pricing structure, instead of just letting the market either float them or sink them. Maybe I am out of touch with the "relaity" of modern morality (i.e., the bottom line trumps everything), and maybe I am a dreamer, but I still buy American, and I still support my local neighborhood businesses, and I will still continue to see my local providers, thank you very much. It may cost a little more, but for myself, and some like me, it is worth it.
I've heard first hand from far too many clients who've tried their luck with TJ ladies and ended up in very bad situations with these cheap escorts easily available in TJ. I agree with MSD that while there are certainly a few excellent providers down there, I know for a fact that the few hobbyists who post positive reviews of their experiences with TJ escorts are definitely in the minority.
I'm willing to admit I have a bad attitude about TJ in general, which is based among other things, on the quality of professional services I've received there, experiences unrelated to the escort business. I have great medical insurance in the US but no dental insurance, and I've attempted to have dental work done in TJ. In a nutshell, it's always been very bad news, very poor standards of hygiene, and even though dental work there costs a fraction of what it does in the US, it's been consistently substandard.
Besides my experience with professional services available in TJ, let’s consider briefly the first impression US visitors get of TJ when they cross the border. Does TJ look the same to you as where you just came from? Or does it look dirty, run down, pavements and streets in a poor state of repair, with graffiti ridden, crumbling unpainted buildings everywhere? Nothing I've seen in TJ leads me to believe that this is a clean, well-maintained, healthy environment, or that anyone living there could care less!
If, in spite of the prevailing standards of hygiene in TJ, this group of cheap SD guys are comfortable that filthy city, then that's exactly where they should be trolling for cheap local talent. Personally, I've made a point of avoiding the SD guys who are TJ's regular hobbyists, simply because I'm NOT comfortable with the standards of hygiene practiced across the border. I have no desire to be in an intimate situation with the guys who just don't give a shit about the way things are across the border. The type of SD client who lacks the discrimination to make better choices than to visit the ladies in TJ and/or doesn't have the money to be able to spend his time with one of the many fine escorts in SD, is definitely not the client for me!
To each his own, but TJ's patrons are definitely not for me.

My reference to buying American was an analogy. The overwhelming majority of my text was directly related to the subject matter of TJ, which had been raised by someone else. You are downplaying the points I made by focusing on that.

There has been news in the local media indicating that important changes have occurred in two of the more popular, lower cost alternatives for escorts.
The first concerns the phasing in (I think it was ~2006) the need for a current passport for US citizens to visit Mexico and Canada. I think you can leave the US without one, you just can't get back in. Since this is brought to you courtesy of Homeland Security, I would imagine that they would also be frisking you and searching your belongings. Papers, papers please! I would also imagine it would sound much more official in the original German - think the movie Casablanca.
A second lower cost alternative, the Asian massage parlors in Escondido, has been obliterated in a major bust this past Friday. As indicated in the above thread (North County Times), thirty LE were needed to arrest six middle-age Asian women; truly these ladies were the most desperate of desperados. In fact, things were so dangerous, that one Detective Luis Rudisell was injured in the face (requiring stitches) when the LE hit the door with a battering ram. Wonder if he'll be put up for a Medal of Valor. [Tip to LE: All you had to do to enter the parlor was first send in a plainclothes officer posing as a customer - they would have been happy to open the door].

We've learned that we should all buy American, never get your teeth worked on in TJ, cheap people reside in San Diego, some visiting providers are overpriced, a visiting provider is inexperienced and under priced, LE is active in San Diego, a local provider will not see a TJ regular hobbyists, a hobbyist is a “Star Trek” fan, a village called wanting its idiot back, a visiting provider wanted to charge more but received a rude email telling her not to, a local provider wants someone to stay in TJ and we have some K-Mart shoppers. Especially after the selective prosecution by the government of Martha Stewart - I made sure to buy some of her towells at K-Mart while her trial was going on.
Certainly there is a need for different price points for the prospective hobbyist. The thrust of my above post was a critique of the government (federal with passports, local LE with Escondido parlors) which is now exacting a tax on the lower cost alternatives. And, of course, I would be critical of the government on these points, no matter whether conservatives or liberals were in charge.
