On meeting providers on Live Links.  I sometimes hear what seem to be providers....especially when the rent is due!

It does defintiely happen.  You sometimes have to read alittle more into the mesages they have going there.  However have run into three on there, havent seen any of them with websites or on here that I am aware of.

They were decent.  The average ran around 150, however it sometimes takes a little time to sort them out on line.  Most are decent enough, but as always YMMV
