I'm sorry your ATF has stopped seeing you.

I'm ready to write a Dear John letter to one of my favorites because he crossed the line.

After seeing 15 different providers in two years, he found me and declared me his ATF. That was very flattering of course, and we got along great for three months.

But he crossed the line and started becoming very jealous--jealous of reviews, jealous if I couldn't necessarily book him just one day in advance. Then he started telling me I was "too good a person" to be in this business...yadda yadda yadda.

I don't want to hurt his feelings but he's made me uncomfortable with these comments. I don't want to deal with the jealousy any longer.

BTW, orta, I'd certainly give you a special session, except we can't unveil our identities.

Good luck on the next girl!

Sounds like someone I once knew. If a man becomes jealous and angry of the business your in; run like hell, it's not worth it.
Also, he may have emotional problems that don't have anything to do with you. If a client wants you all to himself then he should offer you a large monthly donation to see only him.

I'm with you on this one...I had to fire my first (and at the time) favorite, client because he wouldn't respect boundries.  I think that I may have some responsibility to this - he was my first client, and I truly liked him as a person...I should have established boundries...but to be honest, I was a new kid on the block and didn't know what felt wrong until the line was already crossed!  Live and learn, I 'spose
