Sumie is the girl, and I will preface this by saying that im not 100% certain but Ill tell you what happened, and you can make the call.  I had a VERY close call tonight.

They're set up at the Day's Inn in Mission Valley.  She claims she does outcall as well, so that is the *only* reason Im not 100% sure of this, but here's what happened:

I called her and she said straight out that its $150 per hour and $400 for full service.  When I told her that she shouldn't say something like that on the phone, she laughed and said there were no "rules" she had to go by.  The entire time we were talking, I could hear a faint "beep" in the background every 40 seconds or so.  I eventually asked what it was and she said it was her call waiting.  For those in the know, if LE is going to record a call, legally there needs to be an audible beep, from what I understand.

She was very forward on the phone telling me "we can do whatever you want" but I made it *VERY CLEAR* over and over that I was *NOT* there for full service.  I told her I would bring 150 and only wanted a dance.  She said okay.  I got there, very concerned as she has NO reviews.  When I arrived, I called her, and she asked if I was there.  I said yes.  She quickly got quiet, then (damn she's dumb) started covering up the phone, and whispering in a hurriedly manner "Go!  Go!" ... Then the phone hung up on me.  I immediately called her bakc and said "Who were you just whispering to?" she said her girlfriend had bled all over the sheets and she was telling her to just take them off the bed.  

I figured I was in the clear considering I made it CLEAR there was to be no full service, so I asked her room number, and it was right above my car, 3 floors.  

I walked up the 3 flights of stairs and when I got up there, ther was a HUGE dude in a black LE looking jacket, black LE looking beanie, and leaning over the railing pretending to be talking on the phone right outside her room.  As soon as I saw him I said fuck it and turned around.  As I made my way down the stairs, two other guys in the same outfits were making their way up the stairs towards me.  It was clear, as one had a badge/patch on the front of his jacket.  Black guy.  He looked at me as I passed and grinned this HUGE grin saying "Well now you have a fiiiiiine evening okay?" ... and I looked at him and nervously smiled and said "Thanks. You too".

I walked to my car and he followed me.  Hopefully not to take note of my license plate... though im sure they have my first and last name via the phone calls I made from my home phone.  

Either way, i ONLY brought 150 dollars, but it was clear they didnt give a shit and were about to do something anyways.  I am going to end this post by saying that I hope I am wrong about Sumie, because her pictures are hot, but ... there's no way those guys were just there for fun.  Especially the way the black guy looked at me and smirked.  If anyone knows Sumie is legit please post here.  Otherwise stay the hell away from her.  There is way more than one girl involved in that operation too.

San Diego isn't safe right now.  Im rather PISSED off because I was NOT THERE FOR SEX ... and I didnt bring enough money for it.  I got on the phone after I left and called her back and told her that she was totally lame.  As soon as I started talking, another phone picked up (i could hear it) and I figured I had an audience.  I told them it was not legal nor fair of them to harass me like that when I made it very clear sex was not part of the deal and I wasn't there to break any laws.  Then I hung up.

Sounds legit. Too many red flags not to be. Days Inn are low to moderately priced travel lodges, that aren't going to have a bunch of gorillas hanging around, making sure that you don't pee in the pool.

Good eye for detail too with that catch about the badge, velcro patch on the jacket. They bust in, and yank the badges from thier pockets.

As I read the original post, 2 things came to mind:

1. If you were suspicious about the provider when you talked on the phone so much then why did you bother to even go to the motel?
2. I think your $150 clams would have been better spent at a strip club if, in reality, you weren't interested FS, and just wanted her to dance.

Does anybody know what the penalty for a first time offense would be? Does LE take you downtown and book you, or do they cite and release you on the spot?

Well the little head was doing the thinking first off.  Secondly, I found a girl on eros-sandiego.com last week who had no reviews, and no "authentic photo" stamp, was located in Mission Valley hotel, and she turned out to be totally legit so I guess I was feeling bold.

My instincts are very good sometimes, and I am really aware of subtle oddities when I talk to people, so this probably helped a lot, but at the same time, she could have ended up legit.  I was pretty much knowingly going into this with a quick "get the hell out plan" well in place.  Having only $150 in my pocket instead of $400 was part of that plan, and I had fully rehearsed my comments to the LE if I needed to make them.  I also called and recalled her over and over to tell her I only wanted a dance.  

The logic here was that I *would* just pay for a dance the first time, and if she was legit, I'd go back another time for more.  Figured I was safe if I made it clear my intentions, and the $ in my pocket backed that up.  I don't really do FS with girls anyways, just CBJ usually, but I was willing to dump the 150 for a future CBJ.

Probably depends on the which LE agency. SDPD policy is to handcuff, book and incarcerate the suspect.  Bail is $2000.00 and it takes 8-12 hours to get released.  No deals are cut, they've had way too much success getting convictions through this method, although the arresting detective will make all sorts of promises - this is only to get the suspect to further incriminate himself.  They will even specifically mention TER to find out if you are a member, or use the site.

For the past few years I have read the reviews posted here on TER. For the most part they are helpfull in selecting someone to spend time with and in eliminating some of the fear associated with meeting new friends.

A while back I tried to see a three ladies whos only reviews were from PAPI. I was unsucceful at contacting the first lady as my phone number is blocked. I was succesfull in reaching the second. Spidey noticed that Papi wrote his Sumie/Mimi review in the third person.  Spidey thinks that is stupid.  Spidey noticed that Papi did not write any reviews for many months until the recent two reviews.  Spidey noticed that the earlier reviews, before the last two, were written in a way that does not resemble at all the style of writing in the two recent reviews.  Spidey wonders why that is.  Spidey doens't know how TER verifies the authors of reviews, but Spidey thinks that the "new" Papi is LE who are using the "Papi" name to try to gain some purported credibility by having someone with an alleged history of reviews do a "good" review of Sumie, even though Sumie appears to have been part of a sting operation, if sandiego2 is to be believed. (Spidey also wonders why sandiego2 won't post reviews to bolst his credibility.)  Spidey notes that the Board participants have already recognized that Naglaf and bonafidelover have zero credibility.

Spidey (who will soon open a detective agency with HermanM -see Herman's recent post about Ekko) also notes that the new photos of Sumie and Mimie BEAR NO RESEMBLANCE WHATSOEVER to the previous photos of Sumie and Mimie.

Spidey can't prove anything and doesn't want to do so.  Spidey just wanted to say these things that came to his mind.  Plus, Spidey wanted to see how stupid HE sounded when writing in the third person.

I:
To submit a review you've got to already have at least a basic
membership, which means having a password.  So if I want to submit a review in another member's name, I need his password.  Presumably I can only get it from him.  
a) There really are people in this world dumb enough to share their username/password with others, so it could happen that way.
b) The poor bastard got caught in a sting.  The prosecutor offers a plea bargain.  One of the conditions is he give up his TER info.

Take your choice, or think up another one.

II:
I don't know if username/password information ever completely disappears from TER.  Is is simply purged from the database after a certain period of inactivity or the banning of some user?  Suppose it can disappear from the database.  Then presumably the username again becomes available to new members.

I research the boards and the reviews and compile a list of names that've been inactive for some time.  I keep applying for membership asking for a username from that list until one is accepted.  Bingo.

TER procedures may make this one impossible.  I hope so, I simply don't know for sure.  If such a loophole does exist, I'm sure Staff will get to work closing it.

Ill have to strongly disagree with you on that one.  I had one try to plant drugs in my car after pulling me over for supposedly not signaling on a turn (total lie) at 3am in Tijuana two weeks ago.  

When he found $60 in my glove compartment he said he wouldn't bring me to jail for my "Drugs" if I wanted to pay the "Court Fine" right then and there, and the court fine was (coincidentally) $60.  Basically they pulled me over, stole my money, tried to entrap me, and then went on their way.

This is very common.  Even the customs guys at the border, american, said they've heard it 100x before.  Oh well.

Spidey, for what its worth, Im definitely not being dishonest about what happened, and I apologize that I don't have reviews if that is how one builds credibility here.  I have a lot of personal moral issues with my "taste" for this hobby, and I guess the one way I keep from feeling like im "too into it" is to not post reviews.  Its a pathetic way of making myself feel like im not overobsessed with it.  I actually run a website and know for a fact that there are about 5 times as many lurkers as there are posters/participants, so this is common.  I did post a review about a girl I saw up in LA (Shadow, at a massage parlor, she knows me by name and we are good friends now) but I don't know if it ever went live.

If I remember about Tiffany back in August 2001, she lived in La Jolla in an upscale, gate enclosed, two+ bedroom apartment/condo, just off of I-5 North.
