Seems to me the AMP business model has 2 problems. First it seems like they're everywhere. Storefronts. Office buildings. Business parks. At some point the supply is going to outstretched the demand. I think this has happened because of lower commercial rent rates and leasing managers willing to look the other way due to high vacancies. Secondly, as more and more pop up the chances of a public outcry will force LE to address the issue. These places are well past a simple tub and tug.
I was chatting with a MMS of a new spa (QQ) and she was saying that there are too many girls/spas vs men that can pay. A classic supply/demand distortion that I plan to enjoy. Saw this new Japanese lady at QQ yesterday afternoon. Everything goes with DFK for 200. Not 1 guy came in while I was there. On a Friday around 5pm. Fabulous time.
I enjoy a good massage along with my happy ending. But these AMP in N. County a crap shoot. 40-50 yrs seems to be the norm in many places. If you're lucky to find a good spot, good luck holding on to a spot. The place will be booked solid and you will need appointments to get in. Screw all that! AMPs are
It's a different story in San Diego. I can list 10 to 20 spas with 5 to 7 ladies. 20 to 35. And they're begging for business. I don't have enough money to keep up with all the talent. It seems the SD County Sherriff keeps a clamp down on them but in the city of SD, it's crazy.
