Has anyone read this?  (Sorry, no link.  It was in SD Union Trib April 27)  Provider from Arizona who had been living in TJ, coming up and staying with some guy.  Tied him to the bed, slit his throat and put a plastic bag over his head.  Is this anyone we know here?  Jeez.  Friggin' scary.  I'm rather surprised there's no post about it yet.

I'll bet she charged more for the extra services.  I think the plastic bag is an extra 50.  Don't know how much the throat slitting is.

All of you guys looking for bargains and discounts can see what $100 gets you.

I read the story. I posted another link below. The UT article was more detailed about the chiropractor befriending the prostitute and allowing her to move in with an arrangement that he would pay her $100 for the first night and they would work out the details for the rest of her stay.

She claims that he tried to press his advantage on that first night, but she wasn't in the mood.  She alleges that he then tried to rape her and she conned him into being tied up. She later placed a plastic bag over his head and slit his throat after he threatened to call the police when she wouldn't let him go. She killed him, robbed him and took his rental car.

What's amazing is her attorney is claiming self defense.  Once she tied him up, where's the threat?  Why did she not just leave?  Defense attorneys are bigger whores than their clients.  Do they really think that the public buys their "spins" on the truth?  Any juror who buys that load of crap must be a relative of an OJ juror.  Must be nice to be paid to lie.

While I'm on a rant here, what fries me is the ambivalence of the police in another unrelated article in the UT. A link to the story is below.  That story was about the Francis Parker Lacrosse team which was threatened directly or, at least, implicitly by gang members who wielded a screwdriver (and said they were carrying guns) at their practice facility at the Linda Vista Recreation Center.  Clearly, this was a threat by intimidation to claim their turf.  It could have escalated and had tragic results

What did our boys (and girls) in blue do?  Three calls to 911 went unanswered or unheeded.  Four hours later the police finally called back and asked if the team wanted to make a report. Wow!  Such concern!  Such public service!  Where were the police?  Oh yeah, staking out ECB for another big sting or breaking down doors of our local massage parlors.  Great work, guys!  The streets are really safer because of your misguided allocation of resources, aren't they!!!!!

Maybe, I should run for mayor.  Can't do any worse than the bozos running the city now.

It amazes me how mixed up the city of SD is. A lingering municipal bankruptcy, not enough police to respond to crisis on 911 calls, and yet more assets applied to victimless crimes like internet escorts and strip club no touch laws than most any large city in America. I guess it's easier and safer to wait for your public pension by sitting behind a desk making phony escort websites than it is to actually do some real police work.

Too bad the city councilmen got popped in their bribery sting, they were on the right track.

Don't forget the almost total lack of response to the Cedar fire, with the only fire helicopter in SD County lost the week before to budget cutbacks.

I remember this vivid picture of KUSI covering the fire encroaching on Claremont Mesa Blvd. (between 163 and 805), without a single fireman in sight. I was thinking that someone should have handed a fire hose to the TV reporter and his crew -they would have been more help than SD City and County.

And Mayor Murphy has the gall to say what a good job he's done for San Diego.

I thought that Mexico didn't extradite accused murderers to the US because of the death penalty (or even life in prison).

Or does that just apply to Mexican citizens? Interesting...

I tried logging onto the UT Archives, but there was only a 1 paragraph blurb ... Very few details were given, unfortunately ...  Pretty Creepy, though ...
Say, any chance YOU might be able to provide a link to the ENTIRE article??

Sorry guys. Just my sick humor getting the best of me. Maybe the LE/DA will cut a deal with her and set up a fake provider website and incall location to help control or eliminate the rampant hobbyists' illicit activities in our fair city.

Don't let a heroin addict into your home.
Don't do drugs while hobbying.
Don't hobby with a heroin addict.

So are either of these people in our TER community?  Probably not, since ours is merely a fantasy group.
