In one of the cities I travel to there is a local board that posts sometimes very interesting discussion issues. I thought this was a unique perspective---the men and ladies on the board are starting a "1st Annual Gentlemen Awards"! Here is how they are organinzing it...

"We want you to nominate and then vote. It is quite simple really. If you want to nominate a gentleman, do so, and perhaps offer a brief statement as to why. If another lady has nominated your choice, 2nd it or third it, and so on. Only ladies are to vote on the gentlemen at this time. (That is subject to change for later "Awards" possibly!) These are the categories that a focus group of gentlemen and ladies came up with. (If there is a category you think we need to add, lets discuss it! Please note that there are no negative categories and we'd like to keep it that way as we want the focus to be a positive one.)
1. The “Busy Bee” Award (most appointments in general with various ladies)
2. The Board Flirt Award
3. The Most Outstanding Appointment Award
4. The Outstanding Board Persona Award
5. The Outstanding "Equipment" Award
6. The Sexiest Bald Gentleman Award
7. The Sexiest Hair Award"
