How does one include a picture in these messages without having an internet website URL to reference?  I am trying to locate a wonderful provider named Alexis who used work in San Diego.  I last saw her a little less than a year ago and have lost her contact number.  Had known her for almost two years.  She is no longer listed on any of the regular sites and I am not sure whether she has retired.  I would be hoping that someone knows if she is still working and if so, would either send me her contact number or ask Alexis to contact me (her hot tub friend in Carlsbad who always met her at the Old Village Pie Shop).

Since there have been a number of Alexis's referenced here over the years, I wanted to include a JPG picture of her.  I see a field in this Post New Message box to put a Picture URL but since this picture is a JPG file on my hard disk, I do not know what to do.  Any help would be appreciated.
