I would like to warn those newcomers on what is going on with the new e-mail agencies.  Be careful of the pics shown as they are 90% sure to be either old or of someone else completely.  Also, ask in advance what the agency gets and what the usual tip is.  DO NOT HAND OVER ANY MONEY until you get things straight and services are provided.  Any provider that is real will let you leave the tip in a prescribed place in her and yours sight until the deed is done.  If you give them money upfront it will be your own fault if you do not get what you wanted.  This has been my experience over the last twenty years and I wanted to pass it on.  Also, if the picture looks too good to be true, it probably is.  There are exceptions to every rule but they are very rare.
