I'm definitely in favor of an additional search category ... anal, buttplay, whatever you want to call it. While TER's escort profiles include 'anal' in the services section, there's no way to search for this on the search form.  I offer 'anal' and receive many requests for this particular service.  The easier it is for hobbyists to identify me and others offering this service, the more clients will be directed our way.
