A possible solution

Viagra should help you recover faster for a second round, but recovering your sensitivity is another matter.  If you're sure you can pop only once, you have a few choices:
1.  Jack off sometime before the session, leaving enough time to recover so you can get it up but not enough so your body forgets what happened.
2.  Extend the oral portion of the session to delay the inevitable.
3.  Ask for two pops up front and tell her that she's got you so excited you're not likely to last long the first time.  Give her some oral pleasure right afterwards, then switch to some 69.  If you've taken a little blue pill, she should be able to get you up again so you can boink to your heart's content.  Even if you don't blow a second time, you (and she) should have a lot of fun trying.

This is embarassing, but I guess if I can't talk about it here, where can I?  I have such a problem with cumming too fast.  I can hold off with a blowjob fairly well, but put it inside and it's three or four strokes before...kaboom.

And I'm officially too old to do it twice in an hour, so that's no solution.

Does anyone else have this problem?  Any suggestions for how to deal with it?  Does Viagra keep you hard by holding off the climax, or do you stay hard no matter how often you cum??

Some insights would be appreciated!

I would suggest taking care of your self about 2 hrs prior to your appointment.

Hell dude - you've either got big balls exposing yourself like this or you've been lying in all your reviews - what is it?

I don't know how old you are, but I'm in my 30's, and Viagra keeps me rock hard for hours, no matter how many times I cum.  It may affect an older person differently, but that's how it's been for me.

Sacrifice your pleasure to that of your partner's;  disregard and castaway the sensations that are sending you to the stars and mirror them to her.

Hopefully, by giving to her every ecstatic sensation, you can enter a state of semi-numbness towards the overwhelming pleasure you are felling.  Once the sensations are succesfully transmitted to your lover and mastery of the technique is attained, the concern will move from "coming to soon" to "Am I coming much too much?".  :p

Try SSRIs (prozac, etc if you don't know what SSRI means).
The best variety for this is supposed to be zoloft and celexa,
but any SSRI will work. It's a scientific fact.

The problem with this "solution" is that you need to take
the pills for about 2 weeks before they start working. When
you stop the pills, the effect is likely to stop within
a few days. So, if you go this way, you're likely to be in
for the long run.

But if you're sufficiently desperate, this stuff really
works for many people. Go see a doctor (any good psychiatrist)
if you'd like more info. They are authorized to prescibe SSRI
just for this problem.

   Best of luck!

What Magian said about Prozac and SSRIs is true, it will delay your reaction time, but be forewarned it can work TOO well.

I took Prozac (20 mg/day) for three years when it first came out on the market.  The pill did as advertised (I suffered from chronic depression back then), but I did not count on the side effects.  It varies for everyone, but for me, well, let's just say the gun was fully loaded, but it wouldn't fire.  I'd never had a problem with being too quick on the draw, but now I could literally go for hours.  Sounds great in theory, but going so long without release got to be a drag for both me and my girlfriend at the time.  I also had constantly sweaty palms, no matter what the temperature.  If I went to touch my girlfriend or shake hands, I always had to wipe my hand off first.

Be very careful if you pursue this.  Check with your doctor for alternatives first.  Best of luck to you.

As for you...you don't come to fast...you don't come too slow... you come juuuuuust right!

Gotta finish that review!

Dang, nobody is helping the poor guy!

I think taking Viagra does help hold off the early blast but YMMV!

Good luck!

This might sound wierd, but I think it depends on who the partner is. I was with one provider, and I was going at it for so long she was like "wow....dang...more?" This was on a full tank with whacking ahead of time.  Other times I can only last a few minutes, so I have to have a 2nd pop in order to be satisfied.  The 2nd pop lasts MUCH longer.

It also depends on your mood.  When I was in college, me and my girlfriend did it very often, and sometimes I can last 40 - 60 minutes of constant thrusting without cumming. Other times I come within a couple of minutes.  In this sense, I figure it depends on my mood cus if I had a shitty day, I don't last too long.

I'm not sure if age has anything to do with it in this case.  I didn't last longer when I was 18, though I sure got a lot more pussy back then! :P   I don't really think medication is good for this....there may be side effects...

Think of Hillary Clinton or Teresa Heinz-Kerry having a lesbian encounter.  That would be enough to make any guy hold off from cumming :)
