I was just given a heads-up about THIS WHOLE MESS & was logging-on HERE in an attempt to CLARIFY the situation ...

So you all know:  *** THAT SITE IS NOT ME / MINE ***

That being said ... I hate to think what this site MIGHT imply!  : (

Now, I don't want to ACCUSE this "Jilian" person of ANYTHING! That is to say ... Other than making a BAD DECISION with regard to the  WebSite / Domain Name SHE has CHOSEN to use!

After all, "OneYummyBlonde" is NOT what you would call a COMMON name, now is it??  Add to that, the COINCIDENCE that BOTH women using SAID name are in the SAME city, too!! ( S.D. )

Now, the part that I find to be "Particularily Troubling" is THIS:

I would think that a NEW "Provider" would CARE about being "received" well.  That when choosing WHICH NAME to use, she might think to perhaps SEARCH the names that are CURRENTLY being used in said town, right??   ** WRONG **

Apparently she didn't care about "stepping on toes" OR about the CONFUSION that such a name choice might cause!!  : (
** And YES ... I AM UPSET **

Now, I don't know HOW LONG SHE has had this "OYB" website address, but let me just say something ... This whole thing COULD have been AVOIDED IF I had purchased that domain name INSTEAD ... Right??   Well, listen to this ...:  

** I, IN FACT, DID TRY TO PURCHASE IT APPROX.3 YEARS AGO **

I had made an arrangement with a "Hobbyist" whom I met here on TER.  HE was going to BUILD MY WEBSITE.  We discussed what I wanted the address to be & lo and behold, It WAS Available At That Time, So HE Purchased It.  So Far, So Good ... Right??  WRONG!!  : (

Long Story Short:  HE & I had a "falling-out" & HE stopped taking MY calls.  As a Result, I WAS UNABLE to PURCHASE SAID SITE!  : (

*** NOW I Learn That ( www.oneyummyblonde.com ) BELONGS to Some OTHER San Diego "Provider" by the Name of "JILLIAN" ***

Perhaps THIS is simply an unpleasant "coincidence" ... Whatever the case may be, it can ONLY lead to MAJOR CONFUSION within the Hobbyist Community HERE in San Diego!  : (

So, here's MY suggestion / proposition:

If, by chance, "JILLIAN" is out there reading this, I would like to offer to PURCHASE the "www.OneYummyBlonde.com" website address from her.  I believe it would be the EASIEST SOLUTION to this extremely problematic situation.  If she REFUSES to accept my offer, then I don't know WHAT to do to PREVENT what could very possibly become a HUGE MESS ... One that could RUIN what I have tried very hard to build over the last 3 1/2 YEARS ...

I have 8+ PAGES of Reviews that attest to MY Character & Quality of Service.  Many people have found me simply by looking for my TER Handle "OneYummyBlonde" ... It is the ONLY handle I have used HERE on TER throughout My ENTIRE History as a "Provider" .  

I don't know what else to say here, so I s'pose I'll wrap it up by saying this:  You know, there is a very funny story behind HOW that name was chosen ( by me ) ...

I AM CURIOUS as to HOW "JILLIAN" came up with it ...
