What are some reasons ladies or gents leave this hobby?

 
I know some people move but still continue in their new city...
I know some move never to be heard from again...
I know some who have a bad review and "poof" after that...

 

Ladies - what would make you quit this hobby?
Same question for the gents..

1. you die

2. something changes in life where you begin getting laid for free, which eliminates reason to pay for it.  Maybe you were in sexless relationship but now getting some...or maybe got a divorce and now are busy dating...Or if you were single, you may have found someone that you now feel committed to.

3. Health Scare (e.g. you catch a disease or almost catch something that provides trauma).

4. You were looking to try new things and you have done that.

5. Your financial situation has significantly changed

1. I would consider it if I was able to get a girlfriend who "provides" better.  =p

and/or

2. If a provider somehow talks me into quitting.  I'm a guy in my mid 25s who lacks "confidence" and I tend to talk alot/say too much.  

But thank god I was able to meet a provider who said I should be more selfish =D

finances, health, boredom, curious SO

Factors that might make me quit:

1.  Goldie retires.  

2.  Major financial setback, though I'd more likely cut back than retire.

3.  Medical issues.

4.  If I had a SO and wanted to be totally faithful for any number of reasons

ts been on my mind for a while.... here are my thoughts...

I suppose the first reason is boredom!  Yes the same old thing even if it is sex can be boring!

Next comes the politics along with scheduling a new person! It is just harder to schedule a new lady now than it used to be which is the only way to cure boredom! Even past acquaintances are difficult to schedule!  (reason 2)

I have a couple of ladies I see on a regular basis but the "feel good" time after a session just does seem as long as it once was Then i start questioning the donation, was it worth it.  There was a post a while back that basically said after you are in the hobby for a long time that it takes a longer and longer session with a lady to be fun! It is only the rare 1 hr session for me any more most are much longer.  

I could easily see cutting back to 3 or 4 time a year.. Maybe spend that extra money on fishing..  

My bucket list just has 1 before is done... And now my only desires are a one last fling with a favorite who has been out of reach for some time! But I am afraid they too will retire before I get to say halleluiah one more time!

Obviously it has been on a lot of peoples mind. All the "discussion boards" I visit are way down in chatter. I guess not much to say. People seem to be angry now.

Most times I have heard guys say they are done usually revolves around a bad experience. And it usually has something to do with her being either too cold, cold hearted, mechanical or much too businesslike. It's happened to me more than once. That is why screening on both ends is so important; to try and stay out of those situations.

Money is a big reason as well. If you choose to have longer sessions, it gets very pricey, very quickly

I tend to prefer seeing same provider if i find someone i really enjoy , and i'm talking the whole package,  personality , looks , session , ect ! Have found a couple i the past and both suddenly just retire , move on to next phase of their life , whatever ! So you try someone else , maybe you connect , maybe not , just tired of being disappointed !Have met maybe 20 providers over my hobby time , two were outstanding , all have been fun , just sucks to really miss the outstanding ones ! So whats the point of having an ATF?? May just be time to move on myself ?

1) the morality of it all  
2) lack of real intimacy and trust with your partner  
3) the pain you cause through your selfishness and fallout from relationships (regardless if you get caught or not)  
4) financial commitment  

im a single guy mid 20s pretty new to the hobby but i know i cant go on like this forever. Businesses is right.. its very addicting. i think i need an intervention lol

So Goldie, what would make you give up the hobbie?

Why we get INTO the Hobby.  I think each persons reason for bowing out is as unique as why they started. I haven't found mine yet

Whats up with that! Ladies?  
Or is it you would never leave the hobby?

Reasons I would quit the hobby:

 

- true love that can support me and a possible family
- sickness or inability to preform
- windfall or lottery (even then I'd likely still see my long time friends at lower rates)

I'm sure there are other reasons but those stand out the most.

 

A bad experience won't keep me away but I will often take a break after situation don't go well.

A solid relationship with a great woman. I wouldn't jeopardize that by hobbying. I hobby to replace sex (and connection) when not in a relationship.

I go through periods of intense activity and then give it up for a while.  Right now I'm in one of my intense periods.  Been cycling in and out like that for years now.  Why would I quit?  
1. Lack of funding
2. Getting caught
3. Getting bored or jaded
4. Getting too old
5. Getting a sex life that isn't paid for
I sometimes wonder how much longer I'll do this.  It depends on a few other personal factors as well.  I can give some pretty good reasons for why I continue - and perhaps the best one for me is that it ironically makes me a better person in other areas of my life.  But perhaps the ultimate reason I continue is that I just plain enjoy it, and I've met some truly wonderful women who are a pleasure (physically and mentally) to share time with.

Too much money. Haven't reached that point yet but that would do it for me.
