I'm a guy from out of town who has played in Portland over the years on business trips. I always stay in the Convention/Lloyd Center area due to my meeting locations. A long term lady friend is planning on touring to Portland during one of my future trips and I'd like to give her recommendations on where to stay. Downtown? Pearl District? Convention/Lloyd Center? Somewhere else? Is one area better for touring ladies?
