I am flying to Portland to visit my sweetheart for her birthday, and I want to take her to a spa for a day of beauty. Hot springs, manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, etc. I'm on a limited budget, but I'd still like to do something nice for her. Any specific spas/locations/ phone numbers?
