I am looking for a cool, nice hotel downtown for some kinky activities.  Thinking Hotel Monaco.  Is this a cool place?  I need a place that is not too stiff with no heads turning...

One thing to consider is that I believe Hotel Monaco requires a key card to go up the elevator. You may double check on that but I believe I was there once and it was needed.
