Jessica Alba is Latina and Kristin Kreuk is half Chinese.  Still a fairly white group, but not 100%.

And don't forget that Charlize Theron is technically African American...

Am I the only one geeky enough that my first thought was how the final result would change if the initial arrangement of pairings was changed among the 240 different possibilities?  Actually the answer is probably not much.  All of the women selected  are what are currently considered “model material” for Caucasian type features.  The result is sort of a generic prototype of that woman.  I recall a program I watched sometime ago (on some sort of educational type channel)  that men are attracted to certain basic features in facial symmetry, lips and nose size and shape, etc.
