To quote the standard line: you're paying for their time and not for services.  What goes on in the privacy of a hotel room or private home between two consenting adults is between the two consenting adults.   I'm sure if you are in a hotel room with a beautiful porn star, and she is willing to consent to engage in sexual activity with you, you can ask that any sexual contact be oral only and you can ask that she not use a condom for that activity.  She might or might not consent to that.  I'm equally certain that you will pay the same amount for her time regardless of what the two of you do together.

It is worth making the distinction or clarification - are you asking about bbbj vs cbj?  That varies from star to star and is worth clarifying up front if it is a strong preference. I may or may not have seen one of these stars and it was cbj for the first meeting, this could change after additional visits or ymmv.  Wasn't an issue for me but worth reading reviews or asking up front if that will affect your enjoyment substantially.
