I don't know if Pam has updated those rates in some time but I have dealt with Pam on a few ocassions and she is legit, delivers on her promises, and is easy to deal with.
All of the ladies that use her for screening have a non secure form for the purpose. It's only 25 bucks a year to get SSL added through most hosts so why these ladies are asking people to send a lot of very sensitive information in such an insecure way is beyond me.
I have not tried this but I have thought about seeing one of these ladies and just putting "please call me for screening info as form is not secure" in one of the blanks on the form along with a cell # and sending it.
Either that or picking of the ladies in Pam's munch who knows a PS that I have already seen and seeing if I can reference my way around screening.
