Stevie - no $ extra (I've heard this changed, no longer VTs)
Bunny Bleu - no $ extra
Aja - no $ extra (retired?)

I've also heard that Shay Sights has stopped allowing VT, if anybody knows for sure please let me know, I would like to see her if she still allows VT
