About ten years ago I got a case of the 'roids from Lisa Ann. Actually about 18 of them. She was most cooperative when it came to nude picture taking with me and she did sit on my lap, so I'd say your chances are good.

I apologize for not having the link handy, but I recently saw a video Lisa Ann created that addresses this issue directly.  In part she was promoting her interactive DVD, but she said she made the video because she gets asked to escort all the time and she never will.

Later in the vid, or another one, she went on to talk about going home with buys from the strip club all the time.  Maybe if you're good looking and charming you can bag her without spending big money.

She needs to get real.  Fine, but why be mean to her fans?  

She represents girls that do, and she is an incredibly prolific actress.  When I read that stuff makes me not want to see her movies.
