She suffered skull fractures and is in ICU after falling from a horse. My prayers go out to her and her family and I hope for a full and speedy recovery!

I'm not a lawyer, but doesn't the company shooting the video have to provide insurance for the actors that work on their sets? MfSD>>>>

Most of the actors are not employees, and need to provide their own workers comp coverage.  Depending on the situation and the release signed, the company may not be liable unless they were negligent.

I hope and pray that nikki comes out of this okay.  I fell myself through a hay loft and fractured my skull 44 years ago.  I know something about what she is going through right now. may god bless her
