You can’t sort or filter out by location.  Since the activity is strictly banned on the site the models do not advertise for it. Terms like meet, date or prostitution are banned.  
OF is full of bots and models management that create an engagement.  
The reverse is the best way to find escorts that have OF accounts. I’ve been with a few that have sites. And they will ask to create content since there is a demand for B/G.

You most likely won’t find a list like this, although it would be great if someone created one. The same with Instagram girls. There are quite a few out there on both platforms.  

For OF specifically though, I’ve nearly given up on it. 2019-2022, I was in the range of closing two dozen connections with extremely attractive girls, and making content with some of them well. Since then, OF has become a fraudulent website full of bots and account managers. It’s just a waste of time and money now. I hope one of those class actions shut it down.
