I'm not disputing your point about grammar, usage or whatever branch of writing that is, but I want to point out that the TER interface does not provide a full suite of markups. No boldface, no italics, no underline, no Greek letters or symbol fonts, no colored fonts, etc.. The NAME (TER provides uppercase!) of a place might normally be in double underlined or in italics so lll used the only sensible alternative. Of these or other choices:
"Show World Center" or --Show World Center-- or _Show_World_Center_ or ... quotes makes the most sense to me.

lll wanted some sort of emphasis on "in the real" (I'm quoting his words, not his quote marks). Without italics font, he could try: "in the real" or (begin emphasis)in the real(end emphasis) or IN THE REAL or ... quotes or all caps makes the most sense to me and lll chose quotes.

If you've got some other suggestions for markups using the TER interface, please post them. I wouldn't expect much to change, however.
