I think your quest works better if 1st you identify which porn stars offer escort service or "fan meets."  

 
Once you have a list of preferred porn stars who provide, find out which of them will be attending AVN. Then contact them directly through personal email or another private message app. Do not ask their agency or manager. If you have a robust budget, use a suitable Porn Star Agency like Tryst, Porn Companions, or Alluring Intros.  

 
What you absolutely DO NOT want to do is wander around the AVN show floor asking every porn star you see of she will meet you privately. That will be a guaranteed toss out the door by Show Security.

 
The low percentage path is to look for porn stars at the hotel bar after daily show hours and chat them up.
