Guys I have gotten 4 more emails and PM's from other hobbyists about Kate Frost demanding the full deposit upfront and not fulfilling her obligation..And when they asked for her money back she turned into "Stop bothering me!" or "Why do you keep hounding me for your money"..Like it is a crime to ask for your money back..
This is unbelievable! We need to do something about this..Of course Kate not responding to any of the posts is obvious she is guilty!
I've known Kate for some time and have always found her to be completely honest and trustworthy. The fact that she hasn't responded doesn't mean she is "guilty", it could mean she hasn't seen the posts. Not everyone checks TER on a daily basis.
As I mentioned below I have way too much documentation that she is not paying people back for lack of services..In fact the documentation is from Kate and her assistant..the guys have forwarded me all of their emails including one from Kate saying "Why do you keep bothering me I just don't have your money..Please stop emailing me"..
I didn't post on this earlier due to taking my son to the rib cook off, and then to the Aces game, which by the way The Aces won! WOOHOO!! I do not go on this board too often.. I usually only post or check it when I am touring. This is the only time I will humor this subject. My reputation is pristine! I am a great party, and every man is 100% satisfied! This guy is not only known for being a huge liar, but is also known for bulling women, being rude, and also has been kicked off of the boards before. I gave a full refund. I am glad I canceled, it seems that it has paid off. Why would anyone want to party with a guy who is rude and is obviously immature. My assistant will continue to request deposits from first time clients. If you cannot be verified you may be required to make an initial deposit and also provide a DL#. I understand you are upset that I canceled, but I will not be bullied. He told me he was going to come on to the boards and start this. I don't care what he says, he is a liar, and upset because we did not have a session. Get over it.
I assume that you're referring to Danny Ocean in your post. I do not know him, and can't personally attest to his character. I can personally attest to the fact that several years ago you canceled my appointment with you when you visited St. Louis with Dru Berrymore, and though you, and your then assistant Heather, promised to refund the money I advanced to you, I have yet to see a dime of it. It seems unnecessary, but if you would like, I can provide you with whatever pertinent information you might need, including the name and Bank of America account number into which the money was deposited.
I have no particular agenda other than to share my own personal, and up to now, fairly negative, experience with you. If you read my posts, I said that I wasn't particularly upset that our meeting got canceled. Disappointed to be sure, but things happen and I was able to spend some time with Dru instead. I still think you are one of the most erotic women in the business, and even to this day would love to spend time with you. But, I do quite honestly believe that in not refunding the deposit I gave you, you are either a poor business woman, negligent,or something worse.
I've not been kicked off of any boards, and I am not a liar. I'm not even particularly upset about it anymore. I do try to be fair in all of my dealings, personal and professional, and always hope that those with whom I interact do similarly. If you gave a deposit to a contractor for repairs to your home, and they either didn't perform the task, or didn't refund the deposit, I suspect that you would likely be a bit upset by it, and no doubt would do what you could to get your deposit back. It's just common decency and good business sense.
If you wish to consider refunding my money, I would say that would be the happy ending to this matter. If not, well, there really is little I can do other than post comments on this board. I don't expect you to respond to this post or my efforts. You have ignored all of my previous attempts to resolve this matter amicably. But, I'm a cheery optimist. There's always hope.
Just know that I have seen all of YOUR emails to the guy as well as your so called assitants emails to this gentlemen..Including your most recent one "My check will not clear until September 15th"..
Not only that there are 3 other guys who have emailed me and PM's telling me about your scam..
If you keep this up I will post the emails from you to the board..Just admit you are a deadbeat and you cannot manage your money..
Kate stole my deposit as well. Just wanted to let you know. Good for you for saying something so others won't get screwed. She called me asked for deposit, and asked me to buy her a webcam because she needed it that day, long story. And the sucker I was, I bought it. Then I tried setting up a time but always fell through. And when I asked for a refund, she said why are you always bugging me. And offered half like you. Still haven't gotten 1 penny back.
Danny Ocean is a Hero! We need more ppl like him to defend the "ripped-off" clients who are usually afraid to come out and say it on these boards.
As we can see now, Kate Frost is a con-girl who flips a coin per customer on whose deposit she is going to run away with. In my personal opinion, I do not see the "hype" about her, she is pig-ugly...definitely not a AshleyShye, TashaVegas, or Dru Barrymore, but all well. New topic should be how today's PSE are dirt-ugly, but just because they can strip naked and do a guy on video, they get posted on the Net and become instant 'dreamgirls'. *ick* *blue face*

it sounds to me based on everything I've read that it's time for Kate to come clean and make restitution for her actions. Based on my experiences, saying that a hobbyist is "crazy and delusional" is the built-in defense mechanism of some escorts to cover up their own actions. Your reviews on this board are stellar Kate but your reputation is taking a beating!

This backs up Kate and the people who are bashing her at the same time. I had paid in full for an appointment about 6-8 months ago. At that time, Kate said something came up and she couldn't see me blah blah blah. I NEVER asked for my money back. I figured there's always next time. The next time she was in my area, same thing. Something came up blah blah blah. I started to worry and honestly thought I got screwed. But last time she was in my area, saw her and it was great. Did she come through right away? No. Did I feel like some of the guys on this board? Yes. But in the end it was no harm no foul on my end. I don't know if this helps or not but I figured I'd add my input.
Jenny, There's a huge difference in choosing not to lower your rates and taking deposits from clients and never returning them! I wouldn't call this a bashing but rather she's being "called out" due to bad business practices that she won't accept responsibility for.
No, there isn't something underlying. The fact is that I paid her a deposit in anticipation of a meeting that never ocurred. She kept the deposit. Really that's it. I have no animosity towards her. I'd just like my money back.
If I were a contractor and she paid me a deposit to fix her roof and I neither fixed it nor refunded her money, she'd probably take me to court or call the BBB. I suppose that my posting here is the equivalent of the calling the BBB. What else would you suggest that I do?
As an aside, I wrote a lenghty response to Kate's earlier post which I have not yet seen posted or rejected. Am curious if I was being censored by Eddie or some other mod because of my postings?
Nothing wrong with raising or lowering your rate as long as the client knows that upfront..But stealing money from clients is a whole different story and it will make guys think twice..
Now I am not saying do not see Kate..I am just buyer beware on giving her a deposit! Kate may suck a good dick and be a great fuck but if she cannot manage her finances than the guy should know upfront if she begs (like she did Raysofflight and I have seen her emails) a guy for a full deposit..

While your point has some merit as it relates to the constant debate about rates, your statement really is not a defense as far as this issue with Kate is concerned. A defense would be a legitimate reason why she has not returned the full deposits or remains somewhat vague about what she has done to the extent she has commented on it at all.
You are correct that there is always something underlying the criticism. In this case, it appears that "something" is just as likely that Kate has not returned deposits to clients that should have been returned as any other reason.
Kate's real problem here is that she has not really addressed what has been alleged. Instead, taking a "I am above it all," stance while focusing a bit on one person's allegations. That might be fine if he were the only one but now there seem to be a handful with similar stories and Kate has refused to address those allegations, all of which combines to make it look like she's "guilty" and just hoping that it will blow over, which is kind of what your post intimates is her best defense (i.e. don't say anything and hope everyone forgets about it eventually).
From the posts, it seems like you are not the individual who claims to be having an issue with your deposit. If that's the case, then I don't really think you should be making comments on behalf of those people. If they have the problem, they should say it, but if they are just sending you stuff, you have no way to know how legitimate it is.
I guess what I'm saying is that you should let those who have an issue fight their own battles. If you personally have a deposit issue with Kate, then this message is inapplicable.
Because my friend Raysofflight asked me for my opinion when Kate asked for the full deposit..And he has come forward after the fact as well as 3 other guys..It's funny he even emailed Kate telling her "Danny thinks I should not give the full deposit"..she replied back "LOL"..I told him that meant "Laughing out loud Danny Ocean is right"..Of course his little head took over!
Understand Steakguy I get PM's and emails almost everyday from guys asking "Danny I am thinking about seeing so and so what you do think"..So I rather this be out in the open for the guys who are not members or do not post..
And there are times when I am thinking about seeing a lady and I do a search and what I read scares me not to set an appointment..
