All I know about xHamster is, they're an off-shore company based in Cyprus.  Who knows, perhaps they do have the funds for such a purchase.  

Now if it were Manwin / MindGeek (whatever their name is), there would be no doubt they'd have the funds...I would assume.  Also, since they already have ties with Playboy, it would make sense.
