Boston pretty much nailed it (no pun intended). The 2 that I have been with were known escorts, had ads listed with some reviews, and they STILL did not want me to post a review. Maybe becuase YMMV, they dont want to alert how many clients they see, they are cutting out the agency, or becuase their is a full moon out!
