I asked one slightly UTR if she was up for a private fan appreciation get together and she laughed and said yes! It worked for me.

"Uhh...Do you meet with fans?"

It always works if they do.

The direct approach often works... I met a A-list pornstar at the Circle Bar at the Venetian durning AVN a couple of years ago.  Waited for an opportunity to speak to her with nobody around.  I simply told her I was a big fan and would love to spend some private time with her if she was "into that kind of thing".  She smiled, grabbed a napkin and wrote down her phone number.

Another, slightly underhanded method with a known PSE is to give her the impression that she's seen you before... believe me, they don't remember everybody.  I did that (again, at AVN) with a well known A-list PSE, again at the Circle Bar.  I approached her, greeted her like a long-lost friend, and told her how much I enjoyed our time together the "last time" and that I'd love to get together with her again.  She handed me her card with her personal phone number, told me to call her any time and even gave me a big kiss goodbye!  That's a particularly good method if she generally books through an agency for a first meeting.
