Bree got into a bit of trouble in Ft. Wayne...



FORT WAYNE, Ind. - A porn star who has been linked to "Two and a half Men" star Charlie Sheen was arrested last week in Fort Wayne for drunk driving.

According to an arrest report from Fort Wayne police, Bree Olson crashed her Lexus on West Jefferson near Swinney Park just after 11 p.m. on Thursday, February 3. Olson told the officer that arrived on the scene that she was uninjured and that she had slid on a patch of ice after leaving a club earlier in the evening. Her car had taken out a light pole.

The officer noted in the arrest report that Olson smelled strongly of alcohol. She told the officer that she had drank two beers.

Olson was given a breathalyzer test on the scene which had a very poor breath sample according to the arrest report and after she refused to cooperate, the officer put her in handcuffs.

She was then taken to lock-up where the officer noted Olson experienced strong mood swings.

After refusing to submit to a breathalyzer there, Olson was read her Miranda rights and arrested for OWI-refusal.

She was then taken to a hospital for a medical assessment of her condition. The officer noted in the arrest report that while checking into the emergency room, Olson began to remove her pants to urinate and she had to be told several times to stop before being taken to the restroom. After medical personnel completed their assessment, Olson was returned to lock-up. She was later released on bail.

Olson, 24, reportedly has a home in Fort Wayne.

Celebrity web site TMZ has linked Olson with Charlie Sheen on multiple occasions.
