I was a member and I went to the website and couldn't access. They wanted me to reapply by sending a photo and driver's license. I passed. I can understand it after booking but not to browse the models.

They redesigned their website.  Your old credentials no longer work.  If you had an account from before, go to the login page and click on Apply.  Enter your previous information, and they should set up your account again within 24-48 hours.  
The new site is a little more user friendly though, so that's nice.

As for management and scheduling, it's not the best.  But I'm more partial to the PC ladies than the other sites, so I keep checking them out and dealing with it when I have to.
