Ask if she would mind and explain why you'd like to.  I'm sure she'll say yes but by asking, it shows her you are considering her feelings.

I have played a cd on a number of occasions and they all thought it was cool!

It has been my experience with genuine pornstars (people like Nikita, Venus, Debi Diamond) that if you act like a gentleman and treat them respectfully, there's little along the lines you've outlined that would be "too much." It's not like they don't know they've been in movies!  And every time I've played the cds, the response has been, "oh, cool, I've never get to see my movies!"  It has certainly enhanced the experience for me, let me give you a couple of examples.  1) Was watching Down The Hatch 2 while Alana was giving me head, pausing occasionally to talk about her work.  At one point, she said on the cd something that she had just said to me!  It was very funny and lightened the mood considerably and seemed to make her even more comfortable than she already was. 2) I'm standing next the bed, holding Venus's legs together n front of me while I'm ramming her ass (at her request, damn she was something!).  At one point, she looks over at the TV and says "Look, we're doing exactly what they are!" Which we were.  Again, it very much enhanced the experience.

My point is if you're polite about it, most girls are pretty amenable to something beyond the usual, so long as it doesn't involve farm animals!

Depends on the girl....my advice....ask her. I find it always best for my clients to be honest, open, and up front. I don't like surprises (unless they come wrapped...)
