I am trying to send an email on TER, but every time I click "send" it gives me an error message saying that page cannot be opened. Can anyone tell me what's going on? I am actually trying to reach Doc.

I suggest you to upgrade your Internet Explorer to 5.5 or later if you haven't already. Also remove, safely the files that reside on the Internet Temporary Files directory by doing the following:

Within Microsoft Internet Explorer click on Tools, Internet Options and then within this sreen click on "Clear History" and "Delete Files" icons.
