She appears to be typing back on the keyboard and you can see she is looking towards a camera that is set up so she can watch the guy,uhhhh. pleasure himself. I assume the guy taped the session (I guess that is possible).

I've been on that cam site before.  Never spent any money though since all the rooms are open.  The models get paid by either guys tipping in the public room or taking them private.  I am more than happy to have other guys tip while I watch.
