It seems w/ this economy, more porn stars are becoming open about their providing. I, of course, have no problem w/ this, but was just wondering: Is the Porn Biz really that bad now? I mean w/ all of the free clips & downloads you can get online who's really making any real money in making flicks? Larry Flint has his magazine empire (which includes far more than just "Hustler"), upscale Gentlemens clubs, gambling, & other stuff. Hugh Hefner recently took back Playboy, but for more of a marketing, promotions, & licensing company (Playboy only comes out ever other month now) & Steven Hirsch & Vivid really hasn't been putting out much of anything (with few exceptions) in years.

That being said, a few porn stars have their own escort agency now. My question is: Are they really running it (Not talking about Pam Peaks, who has been at it for years now), or is it some "guy-in-the-background" making the moves and collecting info on hobbyists (which makes me slightly nervous)? Also, for porn stars that don't escort (either openly or will only do video) wouldn't it be better to film your encounter (w/ the proper paperwork & stuff) to get a porn star that doesn't just escort?

My statement is that even though porn may change (moreso than now) & porn stars may not make the dough they used to in the biz, they will still be loved by the hobbyists & ordinary joes like us, to who you all are like movie stars: except you're much more personable and touchable...
