Letterman, Oprah and Leno...

if my growing-more-feeble-every-day mind isn't failing me. So while I was at first surprised to see Leno, the new spot was good but not the best.  I still like the Betty White/Abe Vigoda spot for the best laughs.

And I loved the little kid telling his mom's date to keep his hands off his mom AND off his Doritos!!

The cops chasing the guy around the hot tub put me on the floor laughin'. Smart and funny. Catchy Cheap Trick music put it over the top.

After all the bad blood between Dave and Jay over the years and the war of words between them over the whole prime-time failure of Leno's show, if Letterman can get Leno to do a commeercial for his CBS show, (and Leno flew to NYC to do the spot on the NBC Corporate Jet, BTW), then democrats and repulblicans should take a lesson from them.

(Conan was also invited by Dave to participate but begged off).

You're right Ed. Obviously these guys at NBC and CBS aren't as bullheaded and stubborn as Pelosi, Boehner, Graham and Obama.

I like when the little kid smaked the hell out of the guy for looking at his mom and his doritos.  That was pretty funny.
