I have a stupid question. Pardon my ignorance. Is there a real difference between the two? Isn't an orgasm an orgasm? If there is a substantial difference what is it?  Which one feels better or more intense? Can you have both at the same time?

yes, total difference. imagine having a double penis. two totally seperate stimulation points. as to which feels better i can't really say, but i imagine it differs between different women. and yes, you can have both at the same time.

Yes, there is a difference between a clitoral orgasm and a g-spot orgasm.  I usually label them as clitoral orgasms and internal orgasms.  

Orgasms are an intense release of energy.  In a woman it the release can be triggered through clitoral stimulation or through internal vaginal stimulation.  For some women the g-spot is the spot that triggers the release of the energy, but not for me.  My trigger spot is deep in my pussy against the inside wall.  I actually don’t like direct stimulation on my g-spot.  It feels uncomfortable and makes me feel like I have to pee.

For me, clitoral orgasms are easier to achieve.  Internal orgasms are more difficult to achieve and can be very powerful, but they are not necessarily better.  Clitoral orgasms are great.

As you move into this field I would highly suggest if possible an internship at Masters and Johnson clinic in St. Louis. They are still one of the gold standards of treating sexual disfunctionality. I also hope that you will stongly consider that when you move into this field, people who seek out treatment are not going to be paying $1500 an hour. That is not how it works. You also will not be able to have sex with your patients. That would be a violation of the code of ethics and if you did, you would have your license revoked and you could be sued.. SOme things to keep in mind. Obviously your past experience would be helpful in helping people deal with many of the issues that affect disfunctionality.. Your fame could also work against you as a distraction to the focus on them. I could be wrong but my instincts tell me that if you are treating couples or a man, you don't want your fame to become a distraction that hampers treatment. This could all be irrelevant since you are a very intelligent person and have probably thought through these issues already.. But anyone else considering a similar move should be aware...
