I think it was an unofficial 80's retro weekend in LA as Man Without Hats performed at the Viper Room and The Fixx was in concert at the Hollywood Bowl...Sorry for the obscure references to the youngsters on the board, i grew up in the 1980's and am a sucker for 80's music...

In any event, had 4 appointments this visit...2 were familar faces and 2 were new...Thanks to Adonia at TLC for the wonderful introductions, she is great to work with...

Talent Testing came thru with a quick turnaround, pretty good considering they were quite busy last week...Couple people also mentioned a (testing) place called Healing Waves, so may give them a try next time....

No offense, I'm glad you had fun but why would you post this without saying the names of the girls

Moose has been around for a while, and is smart enough to know you don't out people who do not wish to be known as publicly available.

What is the typical turn-around time from Talent Testing?

Adonia rocks, I will be contacting her very soon.

Generally speaking next day....A couple people also mentioned a place called Healing Waves and they seemed pleased with them...

All those years i went to AIM got accustomed to them....Hated to see them close, but there problems mounted, and of course the anti-porn hit-squad over at AHF didn't help either...

I'm currently getting the tests through my doctor and it's covered by my insurance.  I'm just wondering though:

Do you tell them you're "talent"?  How much paperwork do you have to fill out?

The one time I had my tests done by AIM (before my current insurance) they didn't believe I was doing it as "talent", and made me sign about 30 pages of papers.  I also ended up paying about $200, I think.

Per a quote from a rep. at TTS who i contacted a while ago, she said "our services are open to anyone 18 and over"...I don't think ANY testing place is industry exclusive, they all serve the general public....When i use to use AIM, i always said i was a civilian and thus paid the higher rate....At TTS, everyone who tests there is assigned a talent ID # regardless if you're in industry or not...I've mentioned i'm not in the industry...As far as the paperwork, it was one form to sign...But even if it was 100 forms to read and sign, i would do it...

Thanks for the info about this place.  Its good to hear they accept non talent clients as well.

I will be looking into them now.

A lovely provider tipped me to this place as I found myself also in the position of replacing AIM.  Shame they had to go, was always a very easy, headache free way to get tested.  Try TSTD.org.  Great service, can get you tested in any part of the country.
