Dear TER Members:
As many of you know E2K ordinarly does not interact on the board often BUT in this case..... The alleged "Client" was not booked through Exotica-2000. And please feel free to book directly with Ms.Lord as Exotica-2000 no longer works with her(Effective Immediatly). However, please believe that if we did conduct our business in such a manner this post would not be happening simply put - WE WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
On a better note - We now Have Sabrine Maui & Anita Dark & many new faces. please check out the site.
Best Wishes!
What a class act you are. You actually bothered to take the time to come on this board, to (officially) terminate your business relations with Ms. Lord and simultaneously plug the new girls you are featuring. Now that, is business savvy!
I wonder if Ms. Lord was told yet??
Do they think RB is an Indentured Servant? Sad.
crap - I guess I'm fired also............... LOL!
Do explain, tovarich. 'Cuz this is making y'all look very, very nekulturny without knowing more.
Rebecca can't help that she's French, but IMO she's a very cool lady otherwise.
I thought we only pulled this shit on the street!!
Say Mr njones, you wouldn't happen to have Ms Lords direct contact info would you?
as always
HAPPY HUNTING
Now I'll really have to save up my pennies...
But she still looks great and still has the best ass around, ruff, ruff
respond the way they did: http://theeroticreview.com/msgBoard/ViewMsgBody.asp?BoardID=23&Page=1&Messageid=16465
The money quote: "I have worked with them very little as they are not reliable. One time good, one time awful!
So if this guy got ripped off by Exotica-2000, my advice is call your credit card company and put a stop payment. I will back you up 100% if they need my testimony.
A word of advice though: book me directly. It's 40% cheaper, and I always show up if I said so!!!"
Don't know who is in the right in this case. However since Rebecca Lord fired the first salvo, one can't really blame E2K to respond in kind.
I do wonder what the phrase "40% cheaper" means. I don't think E2K was charging $4000/hr for Rebecca Lord. The direct contact info to Rebecca Lord is listed at the end of her message.
Disclaimer: I have no contact with E2K or Rebecca Lord. I might contact E2K in the near future but will not reveal my TER id. I just based this opinion on what I observed in this board.

I think Rebecca's problem is that she is too honest. E2K was charging 3,750 for one hour of her time! That gave them a fat profit of 1,250. They seem to be greedy, classless jerks.
The first rule of business is 'money first, ethics last' and E2K is no different than any other business enterprise associated with the adult entertainment industry and 'Ms. Jones' knows that when it comes to the almighty 'bottom line' the talent is essentially disposable. For every PSE they discharge there is at least one other waiting to take her place. They may not necessarily be able to replace the stature or 'box-office draw' of the 'trouble maker' they are getting rid of, but a fresh new face is always a quick source of revenue, if only for a short time, until she too is disposed of and a new girl is brought in. This cycle repeats itself as surely as the sunrise each morning.
You say "They seem to be greedy, classless jerks" as if it is a bad thing. But remember, "Greed is good, Greed is right."
Well said, and the first rule of this hobby, ALWAYS BOOK DIRECT,
as always
HAPPY HUNTING
Actually I was talking about agencies in this thread and by definition that rules out 'booking direct' as being related to E2K and their employee relations. Mind you I was not defending them, I simply wanted to give another interpretation of their business practices. But I understand where you are coming from. You seem compelled to restate the obvious slogans at every turn.
Mastering the Art of Videotaping a Session
1. Buy a regular digital camera. I like the Sony Cybershot 7.2 megapixels. You can buy a used on for $80 on Amazon, or a new one at OfficeMax and those sorts of places for around $110. http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0011E67AG/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&qid=1250504153&sr=8-2&condition=used
(I like the pink camera, as I think the girls think the pink ones are cute)
2. Buy an 8 gig memory card for the camera from Best Buy or somewhere like that for around $30.
3. Buy a laptop with Windows XP MovieMaker or some similar basic movie splicing software. MovieMaker could not be much simpler. You will figure it out in about 20 minutes.
4. Only book with girls who, even if they won't let you videotape, you will be glad to have seen.
5. As you are slipping off your pants, pull the camera out and ask if you can take some pictures.
6. If she says yes, take some pictures. Then ask if you can flip it to video. If she says yes, then flip it to video and away you go.
7. If she says no, respect her no. Mention to her that you are married with children and that it will never go anywhere but your own laptop for you own personal memory. (And honor that promise.)
8. If she says no, respect her no. Offer an additional $40 to videotape the session.
9. If she says no. respect her no. Ask if you can just videotape her hand giving you a HJ for $20.
10. If she says no, respect her no. Set the camera on the nightstand and say you will leave it there in case she changes her mind.
11. A few minutes into the session, ask if she feels more comfortable letting you film for an additional $40 (or whatever amount it is worth to you).
12. If she still says no, its time to just enjoy the session.
Note: If she says she does not want her face filmed, pull out a small mask and ask her if this is cool to wear. Such as this
http://www.fantasycostumes.com/mm5/costumes-images/cat-mask-leopard-print-s335.jpg
Usually that will set a girl's mind at ease, and a few minutes into a session, once she has sized you up as honest, she will typically pull the mask off and just go for it.
Never post video of a girl. Never. Ever. These are personal memories.
Bad behavior (and I'm not sure her comments were all that bad) doesn't justify more bad behavior. They should have taken care of this privately. Their childish 'tit for tat' is sad.
And this should also be a warning to any men who consider working with E2K. If you have a dispute they might publicize it on this board - just a thought.
Hey Guys,
I really appreciate all of your POV's, but the let's get serious..... We do not have an "exteme markup", to be be honest Ms Lord was commanding a high rate, and we had to accomodate. As many of you are business owners you can understand that there certain overhead costs, advertising etc. But we do not go crazy with the rates and if we did rest assure the phones would not ring, because we understand that we do not have the only wheel in town. Also I would like to add that I don't think any of you would tolerate employees or business partners who would present anything other than a united front to the public.(especially without consulting you 1st
.
Respectfully, you were charging an extreme mark-up for Rebecca. She was booking direct at $2,500 and you were quoting as much as $4,000. I know from conversations with some of the girls you work with (and have worked with) that your cut is, in many cases, 50% on a $1,500 an hour booking -- or $750. I can't imagine what additional costs (over the normal) you had in promoting Rebecca, so it's hard to understand how you justify asking for that much more unless she was charging you extra.
What planet are these E2K clowns from? They marked up Rebecca Lord's rate by one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars and they claim that it's not an "extreme markup"???? And a question for all you business guys out there - if you had an employee who you needed to fire what would be the proper classy way to do it? Would you privately tell them the news, or would you publish it for the world to see?
E2K - no class
