We often hear the negative comments about TER on here, but I think we all take for granted how great this site is and what it takes to run it.
I for one think that TER rocks, and it has been an invaluable tool for me in my hobbying from day one. That's why I submit reviews of ALL my encounters here (unless specifically asked not to rarely by a provider), to make my contribution to the community.

The TER rating system is interesting. If you look at the review guidelines, a 10 rating is shown as "one in a million", not "one in a lifetime". Being that I've carefully selected some of the best looking women in the world to spend time with, I feel justified that the ones I've given 10's to are "one in a million".
As for performance, in order to get a 10 rating, the guidelines indicate that the provider needs to do some special things (i.e. Greek, BBBJ, CIM, DFK, etc.), with each being worth a point on top of a 7 rating. I have actually submitted a few 10 performance ratings, only to get them reduced to 9's by the TER staff. I rarely ask for Greek, so if I don't CIM (even if the girl would do it), it's nearly impossible to get a 10 based upon the guidelines. No complaints, as the TER staff does a great job in making sure that reviews are not over-inflated more than they usually are

I was informed by a reliable source, that TER is about to drop yet another Bomb in hobby land by adding a few revolutionary features to this site for VIP members. I also heard that one of those features is a very useful tool for validating CL Ads in less than 10 seconds. Of course no one knows what they are until they are officially launched on TER. I personally have purchased my lifetime VIP membership ahead of time, (Just in case they increase the fee in the future
