I didn't call him lazy, merely pointed out that searching would give him some answers.  I didn't laud google, I just used a google search.  And, i didn't doubt the legitimacy of the answer, I merely said that since I hadn't used that agency, and had no information about it, I didn't know whether the information was reliable.You can call it what you want... but since no one has come forward with any other information, my response was better than total silence and at least pointed him in a direction to get more answers.  Without violating any of TER's rules, of course.
