Are the any porn stars that will be with a guy on camera, besides the lottery winning odds to get with Shayla?

Many if not most will.  Just ask her when you're booking her.  Most but not all will charge an additional fee.  Remember though that since no model releases are signed they are for your own personal viewing pleasure and cannot be displayed or distributed.

I allow filming, I didn;t in the beginning but like Eddie says as long as it is for your own personal use and enjoyment and nothing more, than I am ok with and yes, there is an additional fee that goes along with that. :)

Did not see a link to your site on a video sample of your performances.....is there a clip?

You look great.  Please add me to your email list.
Thanks.

If that is something you want -ask as a condition of booking. Not afterwards. Some have said yes and then when you show up ready, have refused. A few of the veterans here have some real experience on how to negotiate those agreements. Personally, I can't imagine how ugly it would be to see my mug on the camera naked. And of course, it could be very incriminating evidence in a divorce case. Just my .02 Rick2

As I stated previously, a large number of PSEs will allow video taping of your time with them.  As to your comment re: incriminating evidence in a divorce case, there are other legal issues involved.

1.  Remember, even if the PSE permits video taping, it is STRICTLY for your own use.  Without a signed model release, you cannot share or distribute that video in any way, shape of form.  Even sending you best buddy a copy of the tape is against the law, and if he in turn uploaded that video to the internet without your permission you could still be in a world of shit.

2.  Also keep in mind that even if the girl tells you she doesn't care if you share or upload vidcaps or portions of the tape to the web, (which is often done in adult yahoo groups, for example), you still leave yourself open to the USC 2257 Codes which require you to maintain signed model releases with proof of age at a verifiable location.

3.  A few pornstar got the idea that if they not only allowed video taping, but insisted on it (Jodie Moore, for example) that they were protecting themselves against prosecution from LE for prostitution because they were filming an adult video.  HOWEVER, the fact is that there is only one state in the U.S. where that arguement might carry water, and that's in California.  CA is the only state where the filming of adult video was challanged in the CA State Supreme Court and was upheld that making adult videos is NOT prostitution.  Let me repeat, ONLY in CA has the making of adult videos been found to be legal.  Now obviously since the California ruling has set a precedent, most other states aren't willing to go after adult video producers, but that doesn't mean they can't or won't.

So what it boils down to is that if a PSE is willing to allow video taping, enjoy yourself, enjoy reliving your experince over and over again, but as a hobbyist, be careful what you do with that video, and as a provider, don't assume that you're giving yourself any further amount of protection from LE.

It's much the same as the disclaimer that many providers put on their websites stating that money exchanged is for time only and that anything additional that happens is between two consenting adults, etc. etc... that statement is for the most part totally useless.

If this subject interests you considering checking out the "Legal Corner" board here on TER, where much of these questions can be asked and will be answered by hobbyist lawyers.

Thanks for answering those questons I never realy gave it much thought but now that you touched on the topics I willbe sure to be mor careful and I hope that everyone else is too!

I've shot with Melissa Wolf, Harley Davis, Samatha Sterling Jennifer Steele and Monatana Gunn and with a few "regular" ladies. I use lots of light, and three cameras. It's a lot of fun with the right lady. Will repeat with these ladies.

Eddie has pretty much covered the legal side of this (and glad that I live in California) but if you are going to do this, give some serious thought to the technical aspects of taping your encounter.  If you search this forum you'll find a number of posts detailing how to go about setting up your "shoot"; everything from lighting, to types of cameras, to audio, to blocking out your shots and camera angles.  If you have specific questions, ask.

One BIG thing to consider is how much effort you wish to put into recording. It is much easier to simply put the camera on the tripod, set it for the widest angle, turn it on and forget about it. If you want close-ups, etc that takes you into a whole different level of involvement that could cause you to forget to enjoy yourself.

I filmed a session with a local provider and had put a lot of thought into it before hand.  I still used the tripod in the corner, but charted out the positions I wanted and set up the camera at home and experimented.  Just that alone paid dividends.  Some PSEs travel with boyfriends or husbands... I know that Jennifer Steele will have her husband do the camera work if you ask her.  That can be beneficial because you can just think about the action while someone else captures the good footage and angles.  But you also want to make sure that person knows what the heck they're doing otherwise you may get some blurry, dark or other shots you just don't care for. A decent camera, plenty of light (I prefer halogens bounced off walls and ceilings) and thought out positioning can make for great personal porn video.

As a producer director in porn and as some one thats been in CA prison for owning a escort company. Advice..

First off there is little to no protection especially in CA. Your still contacting said girl via ter or another escort board. So your intentions are escorting.  its not like you went to an agency and are a legit company. Then pass there security checks. So that is your first snag.

Second is this if your taping it and doing a decent job of it.. Its expensive lights and a good camera so it looks pro is close to 10g alone if not more. Then you need a computer and so forth to watch your take.  Plus how to make it DVD formatted. Basically its alot of work and I do mean work. I do it every day.

Lastly unless you have a big dick and a very steady hand your video will look like shit.. POV is hard to shoot. With a tripod its so far away its not that enjoyable.

All in all its a great concept but in court or watching it its just not worth it.
