I was using the "Link url" line to post pics of me on free sites- but I just made a post & needed to use the "Link url" line for my Review Page.

When I tried to attach a link to a pic on a free site in the "Picture url", it said it must be .jpeg, etc...

Thank you for any help you can give me. I'm not very good with computers!

Try Imagecoast.com.  Upload your pictures there, then copy the URL and paste it in the space indicated below your message.  It's a free service and has worked great for me.

P.S. The Red Carpet pic I posted was Nov.2009, not 2010! It is just a habit to write 2010 now!

Go here and create a free account:

Log in, then click on "upload" in the menu at the top.

Next, click browse to find your image(s). You can rename it on the right side, then click "u;load images" below.

Next, once the image (or images) is uploaded, click on "my images" at the top menu. You'll see your image and three codes next to each.

To post a picture on TER so that it can be seen in the forum, use the BB code. Highlight the entire code by double clicking in the link area, then copy it (ctrl+c on a windows machine, command+c on a mac, or use the internet browser menu and find the "copy" command.

Next, in your TER message, paste the link in the "picture URL" slot, BUT there's one more step...

At the beginning of the link, delete this part:
"[url=http://www.imagecoast.com/][img]" so that the link now starts with "http://"

AND at the end of the link, delete this part: [/img][/url] so that the link now ends with ".jpg"

Click post message and voila

Just follow the link below:
