Are high end PSE generally clean, is there any correlation between an escort that is $1000+ and being STD free?

I don't think so, it's possible to get a STD at anytime. You never know what's going on in these PSE's lives; or anyone for that matter.

Only way I could see a correlation is that PSE with higher rates  will probably see less guys and if that's the case, they are exposed to less people and thus would have a lower chance if catching an STD. However, there are tons of other factors that I would put way ahead of price.

If you talking about high-end escorts in general, then the only thing that might make them less likely to have an STD compared to a lower priced girl is that she probably sees less clients so her exposure is less, and those clients PROBABLY have less casual sex; they're likely to be older, married and/or white-collar workers who put in a lot of hours, hence they see high-end escorts rather than pick up women in bars.  (Just my opinion)

If you're talking about PSEs as in pornstars who escort, you're looking at a double-edged sword... if they're actively shooting content, then they're tested monthly so are less likely to have HIV, gonnoreah or clymidia, but there are some STDs that are indemic to the industry, herpes being the main one.  Still, if she takes Valtrex and doesn't work during an outbreak, chances of infection are minimal (but still there).

If she's a pornstar who isn't actively shooting scenes, then I'd suppose the odds would be the same as any other high-end escort.

This is all just speculation on my part, I have no hard evidence one way or the other.

what if she is a top name pornstar who only shoots videos for her own website?  in this case, is she still required to take the same set of tests as a major porn shoot for a video company?

Well, she works with people so if she wants to get people to work with her, she should have those tests done. Not sure she is "required" but it's the industry norm and if you don't comply, you'd likely be out of business (unless all she does is solo stuff)

well she's a "big name Porn Star" so i don't think that she would have any problems finding people willing to conduct business with her even if she didn't show proof of tests.

Well, if she knows she has something and performed and gave someone something, she cold be sued and would lose. If she doesn't comply with such a well established industry standard, she'd be negligent or reckless and whom ever she infected could recover damages.

You'd be surprised how quick "big name" stars would take a dive if people found out she had something. People talk, and if word got around that she refused to give tests, I'm sure she'd suffer.

Guys,

The standard AIM test for industry people does not cover it all. They get a discount as being talent for the standard panel while there is an "Everything Panel" which costs more. Most productions will only ask for the standard panel. The AIM site used to list the differences but I see they have redesigned it and no longer can find this listed. I personally always get the Everything Panel which for non-talent is $300.00.
