First of all, as to availability, as always, I say check with Adonia at TLC.  If the ladies are available, she can probably book them for you.

Second, as for travel, most ladies do travel... it's just a question of arranging their schedules in most cases.  They may not, however, be available on specific days that you want them.  That is, if you want a particular girl next week, she may not be available; but if you want to see a particular girl and don't care when, that can probably happen.  You may have to pay for plane fare, cabs, and possibly even a hotel room in addition to the regular fee if the lady is traveling specifically to see you and not on tour at the time.

As for how one can set it up... again, ask Adonia (or your favorite agent).  All it takes is a phone call...
