Since Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, and Megan Fox are already taken I'd settle for Amber Heard.  Not as big a name yet, but she's a rising star and physically perfect!!!!

If it has to be a "Movie Star" I might say Jennifer Aniston.  If it's a celebrity, I have always found Vanessa Williams incredibly hot.
