It depends on a few things, first the director.  They come two ways either they let you do whatever you want and just lay out an outline of positions that are must and a time frame for how long the movie needs to be. Then he says ok and shoot, its mostly freestyle.   Others have a very specific way of doing things.. Scripts and more must haves.    

Also keep in mind not all girls doing scenes like girls.  I did a scene with Whitney Stevens and 2 other guys.  I had to talk Whitney into the GG action cause she didnt like Girls.  When your talking porn its sad to bust your bubble but it is 90% about the money with a rare few that give a care about the quality of the product.

Write to your favorite producer and let them know this is what you want more of they DO listen to their consumers.

That is the reason I dived into this hobby but sadly I have not experienced the "real" magic between two female providers.  It seems mainly gay for pay.  I guess I don't blame the...it is business.  However, it would be nice if they were truthful.

This is true. There are a lot of factors! First for me is, are the girls "gay for pay"? Which unfortunately happens. I would make sure that the girl "really likes girls!!" Usually what I did was make them work around me when I knew the other girl. There are and were a lot that I had AWESOME fun with and you could see that.
