Why do all PSE's and agencies request that communication be conducted via Text only (no phone calls).  for me a phone call would be preferable, mainly to prevent having conversation history which could be found by my SO.  i would think that PSE's and agencies would prefer phone call due to privacy concerns as well?

" text only" means either they are too lazy or too stoned to answer the phone..

The ones I've contacted have all been through email.
Only one was a called (was advised to call for a quicker response), but in the end, email was answered.

Then again, I really don't have the time to field calls of this nature in private.

Every agency I've dealt with has refused text messages.  They all asked for phone or email and most preferred phone.

All? You mean all as in "some", because I do PSE and my assistant, Nina, does not and has not ever refused phone calls. I know for a fact she's not alone, either.
